Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite Recruiter III in Carrollton TX.

Pay Rate: $40.86 an hour
Overview:
The Loan Officer Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; source, recruit, screen and recommended placement of staff by using all available tools and techniques, researching on the internet, networking, cold calling, contacts, manager referrals and other sources. As the Loan Officer Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
The Recruiter will:
- Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs and community network events
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter and the like
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, investment limitations, etc.)
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Loan Officer Recruiting work experience
- Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to travel within a specific geographic area; limited travel outside of specific geographic area
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
